I recently had the opportunity to study the Comprehensive Computer Technician (CompTIA A+ 220–1001/1002) course and performance labs provided by uCertify. To start, this course was one of the most in-depth courses I have ever taken. Right off the bat, you challenged with a Pre Assessment to gauge your current knowledge.
Overall, I see the CompTIA A+ Core Series 220-1001 & 220-1002 course online offered by uCertify is an excellent choice to learn or even review for the A+ certification. It is very thorough, clear, concise, and offers text, comprehensive images, videos, flashcards, test questions, and even full-fledged realistic labs that are just like the ones you'll encounter on the actual exam. This course offers virtually everything you need to get ready to take the A+ certification exam, and I would recommend it as a great course to take for advancing your IT career.
Overall review is good. Enjoyed the pre-test which took me an hour and then used 45 minutes to review. I tend to be a slow reader so others most likely can expect to complete faster.
The results of the pre-test provided good explanations and links to modules for learning and for some provided links to additional reading on the internet. I found the explanations well suited for a beginner and for those who have been away from break/fix was a good refresher.
